Law of the Future Series

The Law of the Future Series (LOTFS) is the fourth publication series of the Torkel Opsahl Academic EPublisher (TOAEP). It is based on co-operation between TOAEP and the Hague Institute for Innovation of Law (HiiL), whose Director, Dr. Sam Muller, is the Series Co-Editor, together with Professors Stavros Zouridis and Larry Cata Backer. The Series was established in October 2012, with the launch of its first volume in the Knights Hall in The Hague on 31 October 2012. It aims to promote future-oriented research in the field of law, premised on the assumption that prospective thinking about law and justice systems is not only desirable but also necessary, in order to ensure that they do not become obsolete, ineffective or unjust. Firmly committed to open access, neither TOAEP nor HiiL charges for the books in this Series. They can be accessed, downloaded or ordered through the links below.
